Schedule: Night Shift, 10:00p–6:00a
Assignment: 6–8 week contract with possible extension
Start: ASAP
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care\ N

WSi Healthcare is seekingan experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term night-shift contract at a skilled nursing facility in Monte Vista, Colorado.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who is comfortable working independently overnight and providing hands-on care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities\ N

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents
\ N
• Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
\ N
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
\ N
• Document assessments, medications, treatments, and progress notes in the EHR
\ N
• Communicate changes in resident condition to providers and appropriate staff
\ N
• Perform charge nurse responsibilities as needed
\ N
• Prioritize assignments and delegate appropriately to nursing staff and CNAs
\ N
• Support infection prevention and facility safety practices
\ N
