Manager, AI & Systems Orchestration

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, AI & Systems Orchestration based in United States.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership opportunity focused on bringing autonomous AI systems into the heart of go-to-market operations. You will own the strategy, architecture, implementation, and continuous optimization of AI agents and data orchestration capabilities. The role centers on Salesforce Agentforce, Data360, Snowflake, and integrated customer data ecosystems that enable intelligent automation. You will transform complex operational challenges into scalable, goal-oriented agent workflows that improve productivity and customer journeys. Working closely with Sales, Support, and Customer Success leaders, you will identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation. This fully remote role is ideal for an AI-first technology professional who combines strong systems thinking, business acumen, experimentation, and a focus on responsible AI.

Accountabilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of autonomous AI agents, including designing, building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and continuously optimizing Salesforce Agentforce workflows.
• Develop AI-driven agent flows that automate GTM processes, increase operational efficiency, and improve customer experiences.
• Define and implement data strategies across Data360 and Snowflake to create high-fidelity Unified Customer Profiles that provide real-time context for AI agents.
• Design sophisticated prompts, system logic, dynamic routing, and non-linear workflows that improve agent performance and response quality.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, agent boundaries, guardrails, and programmatic circuit breakers to support security, compliance, and brand standards.
• Pressure-test autonomous systems against adversarial prompts, edge cases, hallucination risks, and failure scenarios before production deployment.
• Oversee APIs, integrations, and data synchronization between customer data platforms and GTM systems to ensure agents have accurate and timely context.
• Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success leadership to identify processes that can be transformed from manual or linear workflows into autonomous systems.
• Translate complex business challenges and operational friction into practical AI solutions with measurable business value.
• Drive continuous innovation in AI orchestration, systems architecture, data integration, and automation practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM systems engineering, business systems analysis, technology orchestration, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing, managing, or optimizing autonomous AI agents in an enterprise environment; Salesforce Agentforce experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering, agentic logic design, dynamic routing, and error-handling for non-linear workflows.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Snowflake, Salesforce Data360, and Agentforce.
• Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and synchronization between enterprise systems.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into scalable, AI-powered technology solutions.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on implementation, experimentation, testing, and optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities, with high intellectual curiosity for emerging AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical leaders.
• Salesforce Admin Certification or relevant AI, automation, or systems certifications is preferred.
