Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting therapeutic sessions in various formats including individual, couples, family, and group therapy to address a range of mental health issues.

• Developing, implementing, and modifying personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation adhering to state and federal regulations to ensure high-quality care and accountability.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to ensure a holistic approach to client care and to facilitate appropriate referrals.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies to enhance treatment effectiveness and promote client success.

• Engagement in regular training and staff meetings to stay up-to-date with best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be primarily focused on providing mental health services to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. Our clinic serves individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, which means your interventions will significantly impact their psychological well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience delivering mental health services to individuals and groups.

• Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to establish rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• A firm understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and ethical practices.

• Capability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
