Applies specialized NAF human resources knowledge and knowledge of automated personnel action processing to facilitate efficient, accurate and timely personnel actions for a large and complex workforce.
Researches and resolves complex, one-of-a-kind and unprecedented situations or sensitive nature or actions where errors could cause significant damage to the agency or employee.
Coordinates processing or corrective actions.
Reviews work of lower graded staff members for quality control and compliance.
Authenticates and generates personnel actions.
