Litigation Paralegal

If interested and qualified, please apply! Responsibilities Assist with all phases of litigation, with a focus on construction defect cases. Manage discovery, including document collection, organization, and production. Draft basic litigation documents, forms, liens, and related filings. Maintain and organize case files and supporting documentation. Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management. Track court filings, deadlines, and docket activity. Work with insurance-related billing and documentation when needed. Qualifications 3-5 years of paralegal experience preferred. Construction defect litigation experience strongly preferred. Litigation experience, including discovery and trial preparation. Familiarity with court procedures, filings, and docket management. Experience with insurance billing is a plus. Candidates with strong general litigation experience and fewer years of experience may also be considered.
