Since opening the agency in 2017, we've built a team that believes success comes from taking care of both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had the opportunity to play professional baseball in the Kansas City Royals organization. The lessons I learned through sports-discipline, teamwork, accountability, and perseverance-continue to influence how I lead my agency today.

Outside of work, I'm a proud dad who values family and making the most of life's experiences. I love to travel and strongly believe that a successful career should also allow time to enjoy life outside of work.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensación: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
