Title
Dialysis RN - Dialysis

Schedule
- Combination shifts of 2x12s + 2x8s or 4x10s
- Regular hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM; may be 8- or 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year dialysis experience required
- NY RN license in hand to submit
- Required certification: BLS
- Experience with EPIC charting

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their clinical conditions throughout dialysis sessions.
- Manage vascular access, including cannulation and site care for fistulas, grafts, and catheters.
- Respond effectively to complications and emergencies during dialysis.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, nutrition, and care management.

Compliance / Notes
- Must float to all other dialysis locations as needed.
- Possible on-call responsibilities during specified hours.
