As a Recruiter , you’ll play an important role in connecting local talent with career opportunities while supporting fast-paced, high-volume hiring needs. You’ll manage requisitions that may require hiring 10+ employees at a time , build strong candidate pipelines, develop relationships throughout the community, and provide consistent, high-touch communication throughout the candidate journey. Success in this role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and comfortable working with deadlines and changing priorities . You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the onboarding team to ensure candidates have a positive experience from their first conversation through their first day. Responsibilities Manage high-volume recruiting efforts, including requisitions requiring 10+ hires at a time Build and maintain active candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs Source and engage talent through job postings, social media, targeted outreach, referrals, and community networking Build strong relationships with local organizations and community partners to expand talent pipelines and generate referrals Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate timely next steps with hiring managers Provide consistent, proactive communication throughout the hiring process to keep candidates informed and engaged Maintain accurate and timely documentation of recruiting activity within the ATS and internal systems Manage interview schedules, calendars, and hiring timelines to meet business needs and deadlines Partner closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through the employee’s first day Represent the Provalus brand through community involvement, networking, and local outreach initiatives Requirements High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Previous recruiting experience or experience in a high-touch, customer-facing role required Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment preferred; BPO or call center experience is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach to work Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams Strong written and verbal communication skills A strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through Comfortable building relationships and engaging with candidates, hiring leaders, and community partners Passion for representing Provalus and creating career opportunities within the local community Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person, Whiteville, NC #J-18808-Ljbffr
