Location: Woburn MA Duration: ASAP - 6 months Contract

Overview: Seeking a Project Manager to drive enterprise data, reporting, automation, and analytics initiatives. This role partners closely with the CDO and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic data programs, manage project execution, and ensure alignment with business, technology, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and enablement initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate business, data, analytics, risk, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and communications.
• Facilitate requirements sessions, project meetings, and status reporting.
• Drive adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement across data programs.
• Maintain project governance, documentation, and execution standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting data, technology, or analytics initiatives.
• Financial services or banking experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working across business, data, and technology teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI, data platforms, data warehousing, or cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and data governance.
• PMP, Agile, or related certification.
