Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact as you work onsite, engaging directly with a diverse caseload of 55 students and collaborating with dedicated educators and staff. With 33 hours per week, you’ll provide essential therapy and guidance to help students reach their communication goals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Holds or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Valid licensure to practice in the state
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and therapeutic interventions tailored to school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and track individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services and student progress
• Offer consultation and classroom strategies to support student communication needs throughout the school day
• Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices in school speech-language pathology
