About the Role We are looking for two Junior Brand Designers to join a growing creative team working across multiple client brands. This role is ideal for designers who combine strong execution skills with genuine creative judgment and visual taste . Most of the work will focus on social media content, with additional opportunities to support broader brand projects such as presentations, collateral, and one-off creative assets. You will work within established brand systems and templates while being expected to make thoughtful design decisions independently, adapt layouts when needed, and ensure that each brand maintains its own distinctive visual identity. This is not a copy-and-paste production role . We are looking for designers who understand why something looks good, can confidently select the right visual direction, and can turn raw content into polished, on-brand creative. Junior Brand Designer (Content)… What You’ll Do Design social media content for feeds, stories, and other digital formats across multiple brands Work from content queues, creative briefs, and established visual systems Create and adapt designs using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Extend existing templates when a piece requires a new layout while maintaining brand consistency Support additional brand work including decks, collateral, presentations, and one-off assets Review raw photography and video content and select the strongest assets for each brand Source supporting imagery that fits each brand’s visual identity Turn raw content into polished, on-brand assets without requiring step-by-step direction Produce clean first drafts that require minimal revision Edit lightweight short-form video content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools Add basic text treatments, transitions, and visual elements for social media Review work carefully for spelling, typography, spacing, consistency, and brand accuracy Collaborate with the creative team and adjust work quickly based on feedback The role includes both design execution and content curation, with social content as the primary focus. Junior Brand Designer (Content)… Qualifications Required Strong creative judgment, visual taste, and attention to detail A strong portfolio demonstrating work in branding, social media, editorial-style design, or related creative projects Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Ability to work within existing brand systems while knowing when and how to expand them Strong understanding of typography, composition, spacing, imagery, and visual hierarchy Ability to review and select strong photography and visual content Strong professional English, both written and spoken Ability to understand detailed creative briefs and identify copy or visual inconsistencies Comfortable editing basic short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software Highly detail-oriented and able to catch mistakes before submitting work Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments Creative judgment, Adobe fluency, attention to detail, English proficiency, and lightweight video editing are core requirements for the position.
