Job Summary Responsible for the appropriate control and collection of commercial insurance inpatient and outpatient accounts in the high dollar range. Act as a team lead within the department. Stay apprised of changes within the industry regarding billing and collections. Act as a resource for the business office. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (preferred). Knowledgeable of hospital contract terminology and reimbursement methodology. Hospital billing and claim knowledge/experience. Excellent customer service skills.
