Cath Lab Tech - Travel Assignment

Location: Thornton, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 6:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Tech for a travel assignment. The Cath Lab Tech will be part of a high-functioning team in the Cardiac Cath Lab, responsible for performing various cardiac procedures with the latest technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheterizations, including left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
• Assist in the placement of Pacemakers and Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (ICDs).
• Conduct diagnostic and interventional peripheral procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedures using advanced equipment.
• Engage in tilt table tests and dobutamine stress testing as needed.
• Take on-call responsibilities as part of a rotating schedule.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• ARRT (R) / RCIS or RCES certification required.
• If certified with RCIS or RCES, must apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado.
• Holding and monitoring experience preferred.
