Senior Financial Analyst

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will report on investment and fundraising performance. The Senior Financial Analyst's high-level analysis and reporting will be used by senior management for strategic decision-making as well as budget and operational planning to deliver the necessary revenue to achieve Our Promise You will work with key stakeholders around the Partnership and equip individuals to report consistent metrics from an array of systems across offices. You will make a significant impact leading reporting and analysis of global marketing and fundraising performance, trends and return on investment to drive the revenue needed for achieving World Vision's global strategy,.


Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or a related field, with MBA preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in financial analysis or an equivalent reporting and analytics role focused on return on investment data and metrics
• Advanced MS Excel (including PowerPivot) and MS PowerPoint skills
• Proficient in MS Power BI
• Experience with data consolidation and warehousing
• Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing
• Proven ability to develop complex financial analysis and then present it in a concise, impactful way to influence senior leadership
• The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 3% of the time
