Production Worker

Shifts:

- Day Shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (5 people)

- Night Shift: 5:00 pm - 3:30 am, Monday to Friday (3 people)

Competitive Pay:

- Day Shift: $15.50 per hour

- Night Shift: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Precision Machinery Operation:

- Utilize cutting-edge machinery with precision to score glass accurately, ensuring it meets strict quality standards for further processing.

2. Assembly and Loading Expertise:

- Skillfully assemble and load glass pieces onto racks, meticulously adhering to specifications to guarantee product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.

3. Workspace Maintenance and Optimization:

- Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace through regular cleaning and proactive maintenance tasks, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

4. Craftsmanship in Crate Creation:

- Contribute to the meticulous creation of durable crates, playing a vital role in securing glass products for safe transportation, reflecting our commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

5. Safe Handling Mastery:

- Demonstrate expertise in safely handling glass sheets and products, employing proper lifting techniques and adhering to stringent safety protocols to prioritize the well-being of yourself and your team.

6. Collaborative Team Player:

- Work closely with supervisors and fellow team members, effectively communicating and following instructions to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred.

- Ability to lift weights of 50 pounds or more and perform physical tasks with agility and precision.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
