We partner with private practices and corporate healthcare organizations to provide reliable, well-supported temporary and permanent professionals-while prioritizing fair pay, consistency, and respect for our workers' time. Our team offers 24/7 scheduling support and access to shifts through our efficient temp scheduling application. Unlike traditional staffing agencies that push one-off shifts to large candidate pools, we focus on long-term relationships with both our healthcare facilities and our workers. In addition to our temporary/emergency coverage staffing we offer long term permanent specialized recruitment in healthcare.
Job ID: 3612529 Job Title: Temporary to Permanent Surgical Dental Assistant Location: Westlake, OH 44145 Schedule: Monday-Thursday
- Surgical days: 1-2 days per week. Start times can be as early as 6:00 AM and shifts may run until approximately 6:00 PM. Surgical schedules are planned well in advance, and staff are aware of these days months ahead of time.
- Non-surgical days: Typically 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, including 10-12 hour shifts on surgical days
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical and clinical environment.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small instruments.
- Comfortable around blood, surgical procedures, and post-operative patient care.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, dependable, and positive attitude. • Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
