We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with 0-5 years of experience to handle a broad range of insurance defense matters. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assist in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial preparation to post-trial motions. Draft and review legal documents. Communicate directly with clients, adjusters, experts and opposing counsel. Research and analyze legal issues relevant to ongoing cases. Attend court hearings and assist with trial preparation as needed. Represent clients in court proceedings, effectivey litigating cases to achieve favorable outcomes.
