As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing continuing and comprehensive medical care and health maintenance to a panel of senior patients. IMAs Nurse Practitioners provide outstanding diagnostic services, concern for their patients, and provide them with appropriate healthcare services that meet state and national standards of care./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliInterviews, examines, and diagnoses patients during routine check-ups and for injuries and illnesses./liliOrders appropriate diagnostic tests, interprets results, and communicates appropriate treatment options to patients. May refer the patient to a medical specialist or other practitioner when necessary./liliReviews and maintains patients records and medical histories in a timely fashion, and records progress./liliMay perform minor surgical procedures such as wound care, suturing, joint aspirations and injections, and administering immunizations./liliPrescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions.
