This web application will be both internal and external to the DOT. This person will be working with Project Leads from the Office of Design as well as other offices within the DOT. This person will need to coordinate with these stakeholders to get an understanding of the processes involved. This person will also have to work with the Highway Support Team to ensure that the specifications are following DOT IT standards.This effort encompasses over 200 Design Tabs. Each Design tab has defined fields, data types, rules, requirements, calculations and other automated processes completed by the Project Leads. Each Design tab will work independently but be compiled into a Design Plan for a project number.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members.Strong ability to work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities, and independently.Skill Required:Demonstrated experience gathering requirements for an application development projectAbility to interpret customer requirements, lead/participate in data mapping sessions with customer, recommend solutions and document data mapping reqAbility to interact with customer to verify business rules and/or clarify data analysisAnalyze and document business processes and flowsDocuments analyzes and proposes process changes or re-engineering approaches based on an understanding of technical problems and solutionsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Intermediate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and VisioExperience updating scope document and helping to determine timelines and project phasesQualifications*****State Govt. or Federal Govt. experience will be preferred First**********Additional InformationBest Regards,Amrit LalI'm interested
