The Springs Living, LLC in Happy Valley, OR is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep the community safe, comfortable, and beautiful for residents and guests. You’ll work hands-on to maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds while supporting a collaborative maintenance team. Qualifications include previous maintenance experience, skills in carpentry/plumbing/electrical/HVAC, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, basic computer skills, and the ability to pass a background #J-18808-Ljbffr
