Java Full-Stack Developer

Position: Java Full-Stack Developer Mid-level
Location: Omaha, NE (100% Onsite)
Job type: Contract
Job Description:
Must Have:
- Expert-level Java 4+ and object-oriented design principles
- Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices Architecture
- REST APIs, API Management, and Service-Oriented Architecture
- Advanced database design and performance optimization
Angular (v10+) or equivalent modern frontend framework
- Kafka, messaging platforms, and distributed systems
- Cloud-native application development (Azure or AWS)
- CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing strategies
- Architecture and system integration experience
- Demonstrated technical leadership including solution design, code reviews, architectural decision making, and mentoring of engineers onshore and offshore
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives spanning multiple teams and business domains
- Proven track record of rapidly learning and contributing within unfamiliar technologies, applications, or business functions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex integrations, multiple dependent systems, and highly regulated change management processes
