Role Description Architectural Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham. The role includes coordinating with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors, preparing detailed construction drawings, and assisting with sustainable and programmatic solutions. The Architectural Designer will participate in design charrettes and workshops, contribute to presentations and renderings, and may support site observations and construction administration tasks as needed. Qualifications Ability to apply core Architecture and Architectural Design skills to a variety of project types. Proficiency in producing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for permitting and construction. Strong Drawing and visualization skills for concepts, renderings, and presentations. Field measure job sites Ability To Collaborate in an open environment Associate's degree or Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field. Experience with industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices. Effective communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
