Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified X-ray/Rad Tech to provide diagnostic imaging services in a hospital setting. The role involves operating imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images accurately and efficiently, supporting clinical teams in patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE, Siemens, and Phillips imaging machines to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Perform fluoroscopy procedures such as UGI and defograms with precision and adherence to protocol.
• Ensure all imaging procedures comply with safety standards and hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with radiology staff and clinicians to optimize patient positioning and image quality.
• Follow dress code requirements and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Kansas ARRT certification and Kansas state license.
• Possess BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of experience in diagnostic radiology.
• Ability to operate GE, Siemens, and Phillips imaging equipment.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.
• Capable of working Monday – Friday evenings from 2 PM to 10 PM.
