$340,000-$350,000/year | Lake Okeechobee, Florida | Full Time, Direct Hire

Practice emergency medicine in a 10-bed facility where you'll actually know your team and your patients. This isn't a high-volume mega-ED where you're one of a rotating cast of dozens of providers. You'll work alongside APPs covering 11a-8p shifts, built specifically for seamless patient handoffs rather than the chaotic transitions that wear physicians down elsewhere.

And when your shift ends, southern Florida is waiting: outdoor recreation, a close-knit community, and Florida's biggest cities still a reasonable drive away.

• $340,000-$350,000 annually ($200/hour, 1099 independent contractor)

• Deliver patient-centered emergency care in a 10-bed facility
• Perform emergency procedures and manage a diverse range of patient cases
• Collaborate directly with APPs to ensure continuity of care across shifts
• Work within a supportive team environment built around quality over volume

• 2+ years of recent Emergency Medicine experience
• Board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with ED experience
• Florida Medical License or eligibility
• Required certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Familiarity with Epower Doc EMR is a plus
• Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to care
