Fraud Manager, Client Services

Summary The Fraud Manager, Client Services will lead a team of fraud and client data analysts to protect the brand from fraudulent activity and ensure compliance with business policies. This role develops fraud strategy, oversees complex investigations and chargebacks, and provides actionable insights to prevent future fraud exposure. The manager partners with Internal Control, Payments and cross‑functional teams to strengthen prevention, detection and response capabilities. Responsibilities Develop fraud standards and fraud risk rules in collaboration with global standards teams. Proactively manage chargebacks and payment disputes, gather evidence and process correspondence to recover funds. Analyze business operations and link fraudulent transactions to deliver recommendations that reduce fraud risk. Serve as primary contact for Zone and Global Payment & Fraud teams, reporting on risk profiles and control effectiveness. Assess and improve client risk management controls, tools, processes and staffing to enhance fraud defenses. Directly supervise team leads and analysts, monitor productivity and quality, and conduct performance reviews against KPIs. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, loss prevention or asset protection. 3-5 years of people leadership experience in a management capacity. Proficiency in data analysis with PowerBI and advanced Excel skills. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
