At Spring Creek Healthcare Center, we are committed to revolutionizing care delivery through our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Our 179-bed nursing home in Perth Amboy, NJ, is seeking a talented Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
As a Registered Dietitian (RD) at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our patients and residents. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting nutrition assessments and developing personalized dietary plans
- Providing nutrition education to patients and their families
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Contributing to the development of new programs and services

Requirements:
* Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
