What You Will Do Implement the nursing process with patients, including carrying out physicians' orders regarding diet, medication and treatment in accordance with Firelands standards of care. Conduct assessments; monitor and ensure quality care through observation and evaluation; document nursing interventions on care plans, medical records, and report findings to physicians as needed. Instruct patients, staff, and family members regarding treatments, nursing plans and related patient care directed toward a safe discharge. Respond to emergencies; maintain availability of medications and supplies; ensure cleanliness of equipment and environment. Demonstrate service excellence and act as an ambassador and advocate for FRMC. What You Will Need Must possess a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the State of Ohio. Ohio Board of Nursing Certification in Intravenous Therapy (if LPN). Must be currently certified in CPR (and recertified bi‑annually). Prefer minimum of one year’s experience in a pertinent clinical area.
