About the Role
We are introducing a new part-time position within our Service Department focused on providing an excellent customer experience while supporting daily administrative needs. This role will be a key point of contact for customers arriving for service and will help us deliver on our commitment to "Service Beyond The Ordinary" by making every customer interaction welcoming, professional, and seamless.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in customers arriving for service
- Assist with customer drop-off and pick-up
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Answer phones and assist with general customer questions
- Process customer payments and cashiering
- Complete customer check-in and check-out paperwork
- Scan, file, upload, and organize service documents
- Assist Service Advisors with administrative tasks
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming customer area
- Provide general administrative and customer service support as needed
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, Monday through Friday. Pay range: $21–$23 per hour, with the higher end of the range based on proven, relevant work experience.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to handle customer payments and basic financial transactions accurately
- Previous customer service, receptionist, cashier, administrative, automotive, or RV experience is a plus
- Willing to jump in and support the team wherever needed
The Ideal Candidate
You enjoy working with people, take pride in being organized, and understand the importance of creating a positive customer experience. RV experience is not required—we can teach you our systems and processes. What matters most is your attitude, customer service skills, attention to detail, and desire to help us deliver "Service Beyond The Ordinary" to every customer.
