Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end accounts payable process Ensure transactions align with GAAP and internal SOPs Support 80+ users on the corporate credit card platform Post AP transactions with precision and accountability Execute weekly check and ACH runs for 150+ payments Maintain strong relationships with vendors Seek opportunities to improve AP processes Required Qualifications & Experience Associate Degree or equivalent required 2 years’ experience in accounts payable for a $30 million company Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Working knowledge of standard accounting procedures Nice to Have Skills & Experience Familiarity with financial software and AP automation tools 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Accounts Payable Specialist opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
