Taiwan SRP and Strategic Growth Programs Principal Financial Analyst

Position Principal Financial Analyst – Follow‑on Sustenance Phase, Taiwan Surveillance Radar Program (SRP) and Strategic Growth Programs (SGP) – Hybrid / U.S. Citizen required – Location: Woburn, MA. Responsibilities Support the execution of monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders. Act as a trusted business partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial execution. Brief senior program and functional leaders on program execution status, demonstrating financial and business acumen. Analyze key financial data to enable sound program decision making, including earned value cost and schedule metrics, estimates at complete (EACs), program investments, and manpower planning. Manage and maintain program baselines and ensure accuracy and timeliness of program cost charging aligned to business directives and policies. Drive efficiencies, agility, and speed into financial processes utilizing up‑to‑date digital technology tools, training, and resources. Understand and execute within company and business policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Deliver monthly financial reports to the customer for Strategic Growth Programs. Attend reviews and interact with Strategic Growth Programs customers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). U.S. citizenship required. Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Estimate at Complete (EAC) processes preferable. Experience using SAP financial system (or similar) and related reports preferable. Pro‑active, self‑motivated, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
