Senior Manager, Global Transaction Tax & M&A Advisory

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Transaction Tax to support corporate and private capital markets clients through diligence, transaction advisory, and restructuring. You will lead due diligence efforts, shape tax strategy, and guide transactions across cash, debt, equity, derivatives, and FX.
