We are currently seeking a Sales Representative based out of our Hannibal office. This salaried position will cover Western Missouri and Eastern Illinois, with a Monday through Friday schedule. Company vehicle and cell phone provided, as well as a strong benefits and compensation package. Please review the position details below, and if you believe you'd be a good fit and are ready for the next chapter in the sales world, Evaluate customer needs and build long-lasting relationships with customers and industry contacts. Handle customer inquiries timely and professionally, offer well thought out solutions to challenges. Selling construction aggregate products and ensuring satisfaction after the sale. Work with plant superintendents and customer service associates to assist with overseeing customer service matters at the plants. Provide sales projections - discuss sales forecasts, upcoming and current jobs, and inventories with superintendents. Utilize computer software such as JWS / APEX Jobfile and ticketing software, as well as Microsoft Office products. 5+ years of outside sales experience. Knowledge of construction aggregates a plus. Ability to build and develop effective relationships. Commitment to a high level of integrity. Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and can work well in a team environment. Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (and maintain throughout employment). This is a great time to join our team.
