Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Aircraft Maintenance TechnicianThe Menard Inc. Flight Department is looking for a certified A&P technician to join our team. This individual will be providing maintenance, inspection and repair to Cessna Citations and Embraer Regional Jets while maintaining a high level of dedication to service, safety and quality. Candidates should be resourceful and willing to learn, detail oriented, highly motivated, and take ownership of their work. Candidates have opportunity for advancement and willingness to advance is preferred.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct inspections, repairs and modifications to airframes, engines and avionics systems during routine and non-routine maintenance inspectionsIdentify and remedy defects noted during scheduled and non-scheduled inspectionsProperly follow manufacturer maintenance manuals and FAA Part 125 Approved Inspection ProgramAccurately complete and maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities through the use of aircraft logbooks and CAMP Systems International softwareDocument and maintain parts, tooling and equipment inventoryInspect and repair components including but not limited to aircraft wheels and batteriesMISCELLANEOUS DUTIES: Will be required to perform other duties at the direction of Flight Department ManagementPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificateMeet the recency of experience requirements of 14 CFR § 65.83Strong interpersonal communicationAbility to work and problem solve independently as well as part of a teamAble to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and 80 pounds occasionallyBe capable of standing, bending, crouching and stretching for prolonged periods of timeRead and understand detailed schematics and wiring diagramsMust be able to relocate to Eau Claire, WI
