New Leaf Services is hiring Lot Drivers in Atlanta, GA for a reliable part‑time position supporting our vehicle lot operations. What We Offer Starting pay of $14/hour Weekly pay Healthcare benefit options Employee referral bonus program Financial benefit opportunities Supportive and team‑oriented work environment $20 one‑time referral bonus when a referred candidate works a minimum of 8 hours Responsibilities Stagers: Ensure vehicles in a particular area are pulled out, lined up, and grouped for the next movement area, ready for transport. Porters: Move vehicles from one area to another on foot, tighten inventory, and direct traffic within the lot. Transportation Drivers: Under the direction of a Lot Operations Lead, pick up and deliver units to and from the auction. Requires hand‑to‑hand vehicle handling and some driving off property. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications & Skills Minimum age 18 with a valid driver's license (no restrictions). Pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check. Pass a drug screen. Complete a 7‑year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larceny. Ability to operate all sizes and types of vehicles. Frequent vehicle entry/exit proficiency.
