This role works closely with the IT PMO leader, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a foundational understanding of IT systems and project management methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssists in planning and managing IT projects from initiation to closureSupports development of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationsCoordinates with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, vendors, and stakeholdersTracks project progress and maintains status reports, dashboards, and documentationIdentifies risks and issues; escalates when appropriate and assists in mitigation planningFacilitates meetings, prepares agendas, and documents meeting notes and action itemsEnsures project documentation is complete and maintained according to standardsMonitors project deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and business objectivesSupports change management and communication effortsAssists with vendor coordination and contract tracking as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT project management, or related rolesBasic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project/Planner)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)Preferred QualificationsPMP certificationExperience working on ERP and infrastructure projectsUnderstanding of SDLC and IT service management conceptsExposure to budgeting and financial trackingKey CompetenciesAttention to detailProblem-solving mindsetTeam collaborationAdaptability and willingness to learnCustomer-focused approachSalary Range: $92,000 - $110,000Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
