Commercial HVAC Technician/Condominium Specialist

About The Role In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in our numerous condominium building contracts. You'll perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems, and be on-call for emergencies to keep buildings operational. Responsibilities Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on large commercial HVAC systems in condominium buildings, including cooling towers, chiller plants, and large package units. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in complex commercial HVAC systems. Perform repairs on a variety of commercial HVAC equipment, adhering to safety protocols. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintain clear and concise documentation of all service calls. Be available for on‑call emergencies to ensure building systems remain operational. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex commercial HVAC systems, including cooling towers, chiller plants, and large package units. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable working at heights, on roofs, and in crawlspaces. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. EPA certification (preferred).
