Customer Account Manager

Sarica Manufacturing, a client of Brixey and Meyer, is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their team! Join Us as a Customer Account Manager! Sarica is looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Customer Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, coordinating across multiple departments, and keeping complex projects moving from order to delivery. You'll play an essential role in customer satisfaction, business growth, and operational success while supporting customers in the aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, and advanced electronics manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building long-term relationships through consistent communication and responsive service. Account Ownership: Manage customer needs from initial inquiry through order fulfillment, ensuring expectations, timelines, and requirements are clearly communicated. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with engineering, production, scheduling, and other departments to align resources, resolve issues, and keep customer projects on track. Customer Communication: Provide timely updates via phone, email, Teams, and in-person meetings regarding order status, lead times, product availability, and project milestones. Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns, coordinate solutions internally, and drive follow-through to ensure a positive customer experience. Project & Order Management: Monitor open orders, track key deliverables, and proactively address potential delays or obstacles. Customer Visits: Travel to customer locations throughout the United States to strengthen relationships, support account needs, and gain a deeper understanding of customer operations. Business Growth Support: Develop strong customer partnerships that drive repeat business, customer retention, and long-term account success. Qualifications: 2 years of college in a business-related program preferred. 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, inside sales, purchasing, buyer roles, or similar customer-focused positions. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer business systems. Ability to travel up to 15% domestically. Aerospace industry experience is a plus. U.S. Citizenship is required due to regulatory requirements.
