As a Technical Project Manager III in Asset & Wealth Management Technology Team, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. The Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Technology Strategy team partners with senior leaders to define and execute technology priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and support decision-making across the organization. Your problem-solving skills will help deliver projects that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.

Job responsibilities

• Define and deconstruct problems, and analyze operational and financial data
• Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
• Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
• Identify implications and “so whats” of data and analysis within the team
• Work collaboratively with team members across lines of business and cross-functional teams
• Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings and strategic events
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications
• Contribute to the development and execution of technology strategy and priorities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of modern technology concepts and terminology, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and data analytics, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field. Ability to assist in the development of technology strategies and support implementation efforts
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and AI-powered applications to drive insights and efficiency
• Experienced in planning and leading leadership meetings, strategic events, and managing multiple client projects and workstreams.
• Collaborative team player, skilled in building solution roadmaps and developing junior team members through mentorship.
