Occupational Therapist Rehabilitation

Schedule: Shift: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapy License
• Certification in CPR/First Aid
• Experience in patient assessment and individualized treatment planning

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interpret physician orders and requests for treatment.
• Administer and interpret tests and measurements for patients.
• Review patient charts and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Develop functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations.
• Assist patients in developing, improving, or restoring skills in activities of daily living.

Compliance / Notes:

• Uniform: White or Royal Blue for nurses, Charcoal Grey for patient observers/sitters.
• Must complete required orientation and training prior to starting.
