Requirements - Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Vermont (or eligibility for licensure in the state). - LPN diploma/certificate from an accredited program. - Ability to work night shifts in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting. - Strong communication, observation, and charting skills; reliable collaboration with care teams. - Understanding of long-term care regulations and safety protocols.
