This role is responsible for reviewing requests within internal systems, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly submitted to support timely processing and approval. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role requires regular interaction with stakeholders across IT, Procurement, and business teams to obtain missing information, provide status updates, and resolve documentation issues Responsibilities Coordinated and supported cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across IT and Procurement organizations.
