Overview

The role involves developing case strategy, managing fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing substantive motions, preparing witnesses, developing validity and invalidity contentions, and supporting trial teams.
Required technical experience includes the mechanical arts combined with knowledge of computer technology, coding, and signal processing.
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
