As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide one-on-one support in the individual's home and throughout the Chandler community.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Helping individuals learn everyday living skills
• Supporting community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
• Encouraging independence and self-confidence
• Assisting with personal care when needed
• Building positive relationships with individuals and their families
• Documenting your work using our easy-to-use mobile app

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Willingness to complete paid training
