Job Description The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability of Operations. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs. Compensation Hourly rate: $31.50. Job Responsibilities Controls labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving staff efficiency. Controls production, supply, and inventory costs by adhering to operational standards. Audits service and quality regularly. Adheres to standards and tracking procedures daily. Develops and implements strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals. Supervises teamwork and service on a regular basis. Manages day-to-day employee issues professionally, following company policies and procedures. Supports training programs that improve skills, serve guests, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale. Assists in annual employee reviews and handles interim performance issues. Ensures accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures. Maintains staffing levels consistent with guidelines and makes daily adjustments based on business needs. Trains all employees on safety, health, and sanitation procedures. Job duties may change or new ones assigned without formal notice. Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant experience. Current certifications as needed. This role may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing, and may require uniforms and/or personal protective equipment.
