Qualified candidates will have:

• 1+ year of professional work experience
• Experience in an outbound call center, customer service, healthcare support, data verification, medical office, or similar phone-intensive environment
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
• Comfortable making a large volume of outbound calls daily (~200 calls); these calls are fast
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems while speaking with contacts
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Position Overview:

Insight Global is seeking two Outbound Verification Specialists to support a rapidly growing healthcare data and compliance organization in Mount Arlington, NJ. This team plays a critical role in helping pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences organizations maintain accurate provider information and remain compliant with industry regulations.

In this role, you will spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to healthcare facilities including physician offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical organizations to verify provider and facility information. You will use client-specific scripts and internal systems to validate key details such as provider status, specialty, contact information, practice locations, and facility data.

This is a high-volume outbound calling environment where successful individuals are comfortable being on the phone throughout the day, maintaining accuracy while navigating multiple systems and priorities. The ideal candidate enjoys structured work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by meeting productivity goals while maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities may include:

• Make high-volume (~200/day) outbound verification calls to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations
• Verify and update provider, facility, and practice information using established scripts and compliance guidelines
• Accurately document all findings within proprietary internal systems
• Conduct internet and database research to validate information when needed
• Manage call queues and assigned projects while meeting daily productivity expectations
• Prioritize outreach based on time zones, business hours, and project deadlines
• Support multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with leads regarding project updates and priorities

Logistics:

• Location: Mount Arlington, NJ (Hybrid)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Wednesdays (All Office Day) and Thursdays (Team Day)
• Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate of $20.50/hr
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits available for enrollment starting day one on contract as well as once converted (note: there will be a 30-day gap for the client benefits to kick in at conversion)
