Logistics, Dispatch & Revenue Recovery Specialist

Job Description The role supports operations within the Roadie Cross Dock Facility, coordinating warehouse activities and driver dispatch to ensure timely package pickups and deliveries. See responsibilities below for details. Responsibilities Coordinating warehouse activities and driver dispatch to guarantee timely package pickups and deliveries. Monitoring operational performance, managing delivery information requests, and assisting with supply needs. Escalating issues to support teams, contributing to the establishment of revenue recovery processes, and providing guidance to outsourced labor, including drivers. Qualifications Revenue recovery experience. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven problem‑solving ability. Prior operations experience. Bilingual proficiency is a plus. Requirements Job Grade: 10D Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate. Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Employee Type: Permanent Pay Range Base pay ranges from $25.55/hr to $41.55/hr, with variability based on market location and experience. Additional short‑term and long‑term incentive compensation programs may apply.
