Marshall Orthodontics is seeking a friendly and organized Orthodontic Receptionist for our busy Great Falls office. This is a part-time, in-person role that offers a rewarding opportunity to be the first point of contact for patients and support our clinical team through excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Pay

$12~$25 per hour

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service and phone communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with basic computer programs and office equipment
Willingness to learn and adapt as needed

Job Description

Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming attitude
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism
Check patients in and out efficiently
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality
Assist with posting patient payments and other financial transactions
Collaborate and communicate with the orthodontic team to ensure smooth office operations
Contribute to a tidy, organized reception and waiting area

Shift & Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
No weekends required
