Associate Dentist

Role Overview Join a dedicated team as an Associate Dentist committed to providing high-quality dental care to underserved communities. Support a positive patient experience, especially with a focus on pediatric patients (70% or more). Collaborate with a team that values teamwork, communication, and community engagement. Utilize advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces, working with a patient base primarily aged 3-21, with some adults. Responsible for delivering comprehensive dental services, participating in team huddles, and promoting a positive community image. Qualifications & Skills DDS/DMD from an accredited program Valid dental license or eligibility in practicing state Certifications: CPR, DEA, Nitrous Oxide (if applicable) Compassionate with a strong desire to serve children and adults Team player with mutual respect and cooperation Key Responsibilities Provide patient-centered dental care Support team efforts and participate in daily huddles Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols Use practice technology and tools effectively Promote community health and company image #J-18808-Ljbffr Mental Health Association of Rochester
