As a Dietary Aide at Grand Villa Assisted Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional dietary support services. Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and service, including meal planning and execution

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with food storage, receiving, and inventory management

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure accurate and timely food delivery

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, addressing their dietary needs and concerns

• Participate in meal rounds, observing residents' dining experiences and providing feedback

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the dietary team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
