Job Description: Job Description Hands-on experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Product Design A strong portfolio with clear UX case studies showing process, decisions, and final outcomes Expertise in Figma with systemized use of components, auto layout, variants, and design tokens. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for visual design and asset preparation Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and UX heuristics. Experience designing B2B SaaS products or complex enterprise tools Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction models. Strong communication and collaboration skills Mandatory Skills: User Interface Design . Experience: 5-8 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
